- Application Store refers to the digital distribution services operated by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) from which you downloaded the Application.
- Affiliate refers to an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of shares, equity interest, or other voting securities.
- Account refers to a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Zerovik Innovations Private Limited, Darshani, Garur, Bageshwar, Uttarakhand, IN.
- Content refers to text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by you through the Service.
- Device refers to any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
- Feedback refers to suggestions, enhancements, or ideas provided by you regarding the Service.
- In-app Purchase refers to a product, item, service, or subscription purchased through the Application and governed by these Terms and Conditions and/or the Application Store's terms and conditions.
- Service refers to the Application and its functionalities, including anonymous Q&A and chat.

- Third-party Social Media Service refers to any content, services, or data provided by a third-party displayed or accessible through the Service.
- You refer to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf the individual is accessing the Service.

The Application may include In-app Purchases for additional features or subscriptions. These purchases are governed by the Application Store's terms. Purchases cannot be refunded or transferred after being initiated unless otherwise specified by the Application Store.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account..
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
You may post Content using the Service. You retain ownership of the Content but grant us a license to use, display, modify, and distribute it for operational purposes.
You warrant that:
- You own or have the right to post the Content.
- The Content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.
You agree not to post Content that:
- Is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or obscene.
- Promotes discrimination or hate speech.
- Contains malware or harmful code.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Violates the privacy rights of others.
The Company reserves the right to remove any Content it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
Brizz allows users to interact anonymously through chat and Q&A features. By using these features, you agree to adhere to these guidelines:
- Do not share personal information about yourself or others.
- Use respectful language; avoid harassment or abusive behavior.
- Report inappropriate behavior to the Company through the designated reporting tools.
The Company is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions in anonymous features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Company makes no guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
